Life is too short to spend it working at a job you hate, wasting 40+ hours a week toiling away doing meaningless work (at least meaningless to you). All you're doing is making your boss and his boss a lot of money and they're throwing you pennies. The average life expectancy is 77.9 years and before you know it you'll be there! Here are some tips to help you find your calling and love your job:
1. Ask yourself: What do I love doing and would do for free?
2. If at all possible, let your job fire you for a reason that's approved for unemployment benefits (such as not hitting their sales quota)
3. If you just have to quit and just can't see spending one more miserable day at your current position, make sure you have at least enough funds to last you 6 months or longer set aside.
4. Once you are free from that hell hole of a place you used to call work, start spending more time doing what you love and do some research to find out what jobs are available in that line of work.
5. If necessary take some classes to further your knowledge in your chosen field so that you can get that dream position
6. If you are more of an entrepreneurial spirit, start your own business doing what you love! And you will finally be the big boss making all of the money for yourself :)

Lady Gaga's Hair may be falling out, but yours doesn't have to!
It has been reported today that Lady Gaga's Hair is now falling out due to being over processed with peroxide, bleach, or whatever superstars like her use on their hair to get it platinum blonde. Here are some tips for you to prevent have the same hair fate as Lady Gaga and keep your hair as healthy as possible when dying or bleaching:
1. Follow all directions on the dye or bleach/peroxide kit perfectly.
2. DO NOT leave hair dye/bleach on for more than time stated in directions.
3. Keep chemicals away from your eyes and eyebrows
4. Always use gloves when applying chemicals.
5. Test on skin for allergic reactions and strand test as well.
6. Wait as long as possible before dying or bleaching your hair again
7. If you're not totally sure you can do this yourself, go to a professional!

10 Tips for getting Slim and Toned for the Summer
1. Do not eat fast food
2. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
3. Do the Insanity workout by Shaun T. I lost 30lbs on this 60 day program!
4. If you can't do Insanity, run, bike, swim, play basketball or do some type of cardio for at least 30 mins a day 3-4 days a week.
5. Alternate those 3 days with at least 3 days of total body weight training.
6. Eat only 1 cheat meal if you have to have it, if you don't have to have it then don't. You'll see better results.
7. Eat 1 gram of protein from turkey, fish, or chicken for each 1lb of body weight. (ex. if you weight 150lbs eat 150 grams of protein a day). You may want to try the Showtime Diet and Excercise Program.
8. Cut down on carbs. You don't have to completely cut them out of your diet, but use in moderation. Do not eat white rice, bread, or any processed bleached carbs. Stick to whole wheat only.
9. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day, more if possible.
10. If you fall off the wagon and just had to eat that brownie yesterday, get back on it immediately, get focused, look in the mirror and say I can do this! and Do it!

Nasty, Nasty Boys....and Girls
Is it just me or does is seem like 90% of the world doesn't wash their hands properly after using the restrooms. I don't know how many times I've been in a restroom stall and heard the chick next to me blowing it up, then flush the toilet, unlock the door, turn on the faucet, and then run her hands under the water for like 2 SECONDS! As if that just did something! Well maybe it did, maybe it moved all the little germs on her hands into a different position. And then, guess what? She just went and sat down to eat her food (Puke!). Well for all you Nasties out there, here are step by step directions on how to wash your hands properly from the good old folks at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Hint "Disease Control"):

What is the right way to wash your hands?
- Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold) and apply soap.
- Rub your hands together to make a lather and scrub them well; be sure to scrub the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
- Continue rubbing your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the "Happy Birthday" song from beginning to end twice.
- Rinse your hands well under running water.
- Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
